Marketing and Communications Student Assistant

• Provide administrative support for marketing projects and processes using project management software (ClickUp – training will be provided). Pitch and develop story ideas that reflect the college’s messaging goals and brand standards.
• Write, edit, and proofread various projects, including emails, text messages, social posts, web copy, print materials, etc.
• Assist in creating marketing plans/strategies for Ithaca College programs.
• Communicate with the IC student population to increase student engagement with marketing efforts.
• Perform market research, data gathering, and analysis of competitors and/or target markets. 
• Assist with content management on various platforms, including Drupal (training will be provided).
• Correspond with campus partners relative to project review and approval.
• Track analytics, including email open rates, QR code scans, etc.
• Document processes and make recommendations for improvement.
• Attend a weekly meeting with supervisor(s).
• Other duties as assigned
  
  Pay Rate:  $15.65
