Job Summary: The Senior Manager, Banking Program Administration will provide administrative oversightand controls over Banking Programs directly managed by Priority. The Passport bankingservices platform is our leading BaaS product and one of the fast growing parts of thecompany. While Priority has several external programs managers, we have a growingnumber of banking customers that will be directly administered by Priority. These includeboth business and consumer customers using Passport as a primary operating or savingsaccount.You will monitor and set program configurations and develop controls process to ensurecompliance and mitigate risks. You will work closely with internal teams includingOperations, Risk and Compliance. In addition, you will collaborate with Sales, RelationshipManagement and other customer facing teams to enhance the customer’s experience withinour established controls framework.Priority is looking for a savvy and energetic professional who enjoys working in aninnovative, high growth organization. You must possess a “roll up the sleeves” mentalityand be willing to take ownership of specific projects and tasks to drive them through tocompletion. You must also have deep knowledge in our Passport product or experience withother financial and banking systems. In addition, you need basic knowledge of complianceand financial risks associated with banking products. This position will report to the VP,Treasury Services Relationship Management.                              

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

•  Manage configuration or Priority managed programs including setting pricing schedules, monitoring reserves.
• Develop KPIs and monitoring tools for activity in programs including cash balance movements, transaction volumes.
• Collaborate with Risk and Underwriting to create and execute risk mitigation procedures.
• Create standardize procedures and exception processes for specific customer configuration requests.
• Coordinate with Operations and Account Management teams to support customer activity research and support audits or data requests.
• Ensure that program accounts are configured in line with compliance and contractual obligations.
• Recommend and drive process improvements or create new processes to drives calability.
• Partner with operations team to streamline processes and improve the end-to-end account support process.
• Support audits and participate in UATs for system implementation.                                                                       

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 10 years of accounting, operations or program management; preferably in a FinTech or banking environment.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on business controls.

• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills needed to develop collaborative working relationships with cross functional teams.

• Ability to understand end to end processes.

• Patient, diplomatic, and collaborative.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:     

• Business Knowledge on financial services domain experiences.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation range: $116,000 - $160,000

• Unlimited PTO after year 1 (3 weeks to start)
