Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Develop, communicate, and execute the facility’s strategic vision and operational goals in alignment with Pee Dee Division objectives and healthcare standards.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services across all departments, including clinical, administrative, and support services.
• Quality and Compliance: Uphold a culture of continuous improvement to enhance patient safety, quality of care, and adherence to state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Financial Management: Lead the development and management of the facility’s budget, including to ensure financial sustainability.
• Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing leadership team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that prioritizes employee engagement and professional growth.
• Community Relations: Serve as the primary liaison between the facility, patients, families, and the community, enhancing the facility’s reputation and fostering trust within the community it serves.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the board, corporate leadership, and external stakeholders to align facility goals with broader organizational and community health objectives.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks to the facility, implementing appropriate policies and interventions to safeguard patient and staff well-being.

Education: Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field required.

Experience: At least 3 years of progressive leadership experience within healthcare, with a proven track record in facility management, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

Skills: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience: 10 years progressive work experience and 5 years management
