Job Overview:
This role will primarily be responsible for onboarding Trust accounts and supporting a team during the first months of a new relationship. The candidate will deliver exceptional customer service experiences, including accurate, timely and effective communication and execution of relational and transactional activities among clients and advisors, including high-net-worth accounts. The role will also be responsible for some general office tasks including mail and answering phones.
Responsibilities:
Implementing consistent communication and follow up plan with Advisor Teams and Trust teams throughout the onboarding process
Preparing, distributing, and tracking all documentation associated with new accounts
Performing AML screening activities in connection with new client onboarding
Opening new client accounts
Reconciliations of trust assets
Coordinating establishment of online client access for new relationships
Working with prior custodians and trustees to facilitate transfer of information, documentation and assets
Monitoring accounts from acceptance through funding, escalating issues as necessary and tracking anomalies
Other Duties May Include:

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Some experience in Trust, Legal, Brokerage, Investment or Accounting Field
Preferences:
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with Microsoft Office
Project and time management skills
Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Clear verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range:
