About the role

Join Wendover as a Maintenance Technician – Be the Difference Behind the Scenes

At Wendover, we believe in taking pride in the details that matter most—safety, comfort, and care. As a Maintenance Technician, you are the hands behind the help—responding to service calls, maintaining the property, and ensuring every resident enjoys a space they’re proud to call home. You set the tone for what quality feels like.

You thrive in a role where no two days are the same. You're energized by problem-solving, take initiative without needing to be asked, and lead with a strong work ethic. Whether you're troubleshooting HVAC, making a repair, or preparing an apartment for its next resident, you bring skill, care, and respect to everything you touch.

How you’ll Make a Difference

As a Maintenance Technician at Wendover, you’ll play a vital role in creating and maintaining the high-quality living experience our residents count on. With a focus on safety, service, and curb appeal, you’ll support the day-to-day upkeep of the community while modeling care, precision, and pride in every task. Working closely with the Maintenance Lead and Community Manager, you’ll bring both hands-on skill and heart for service to every interaction.
