You will be a member of the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Released Product Engineering (RPE) team that supports the design and distribution of innovative implantable devices to treat cardiac rhythm disorders. 

The Project Coordinator III position for Medtronic CRM RPE will be responsible for leading request fulfillment activities for the Special Request Custom/Compassionate Programs. These global programs develop and distribute devices that support patients who have unique needs that no commercially available devices can support.  

This role involves collaboration with cross-functional partners such as design, the project management organization, reliability, regulatory, operations, and other colleagues around the world to support urgent requests for specialized Cardiac Rhythm Management products.

This role will require less than 10% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Put patients first: take initiative to lead small, fast moving teams through specialized pacemaker, defibrillator, and heart failure device fulfillment activities that have direct impact on patient clinical outcomes
  • Create documentation to support device fulfillment requests and manage approval routes for request related deliverables
  • Effectively communicate project needs and timelines to team members and stakeholders  
  • Work efficiently to ensure timely product distribution; troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed  
  • Assist the Field Liaison with data collection, documentation, and follow up
  • Manage continuous improvement projects and special projects as needed
  • Support internal and external regulatory compliance audits 
  • Gather and compile information for reports  

 

Nice to Haves:

  • Project and/or administrative support experience  
  • Knowledge of CRM devices (ICD, IPG, CRT-D/P) 
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office 
  • Proficient in internal Medtronic systems such as MAP Agile and Documentum   
  • Customer service experience 
  • Experience with domestic/international shipping 
  • Experience working in regulated environments/ experience supporting audits  
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Project Management Certification  

Must Haves: 

  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 4 years of project management experience in fast-paced environments

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
