CNA - Therapy Coordinator Day Shift

HOMEPLACE MANOR HEALTHCARE CENTER, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility located in a charming small town, seeks a full time Certified Nursing Assistant to join our in-house therapy program. We seek a CNA who is passionate about delivering the best possible care for our patients and residents. This position will partner with our full time physical therapist who does virtual therapy visits. We have excellent nursing care, stable leadership, 5 Star Quality Measures, and low staff turnover in this facility and offer amazing support and the opportunity to build a program you can be proud of.
