Role Overview

The Town Hall Team is a collaborative team with a mission to help Comcast teams and external partners to visualize, plan, and execute programs that inspire new ideas, deepen relationships, and drive our business forward. Our team organizes a variety of employee events across the entire organization and is comprised of detailed event planners and dedicated producers. We support the events that happen in our 500-person amphitheater and biggest event space on campus, the Ralph J. Roberts Forum. Comcast’s founder, Ralph J. Roberts, was the ultimate entrepreneur and believed that a good idea could come from anywhere. The Ralph J. Roberts Forum is dedicated to the dreamers, creators, disruptors, and newsmakers who are making a difference in our world. It is a place where stories are shared, ideas are inspired, and collaboration and community come first. The events in the RJR Forum range from internal meetings for our senior leadership, big company celebrations, captivating speakers, musical performances, advanced movie screening from Universal Pictures, and more.
