This role improves the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of information used by brokers, carriers, underwriters, Accounting, EHS, Operations, Legal/Contracts, and senior leadership.</p> <p>The position owns the processes used to collect, validate, reconcile, and report risk and insurance data across property, casualty, fleet, equipment, certificates of insurance, loss runs, exposure changes, and supporting documentation. The Senior Risk Analyst serves as the bridge between operational risk, insurance requirements, and financial reporting to ensure submitted information is clear, defensible, and decision ready.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Insurance Renewal &amp; Program Support</p> <ul> <li>Own annual and mid-term insurance renewal data collection, including timelines, documentation, underwriting submissions, exposure schedules, and status reporting.</li> <li>Develop standardized renewal workflows that define data owners, source systems, validation steps, approval checkpoints, and escalation paths.</li> <li>Coordinate renewal submissions with brokers, carriers, underwriters, Accounting, EHS, Operations, Legal/Contracts, and other stakeholders to improve accuracy and decision readiness.</li> </ul> <p>Risk Data Governance &amp; Process Improvement</p> <ul> <li>Establish and maintain risk-data quality standards for property values, equipment inventories, fleet schedules, certificates, underwriting materials, claims data, and operational risk inputs.</li> <li>Collect, validate, reconcile, and explain data from financial records, asset systems, claims/loss data, audits, and operational systems, and EHS reporting.</li> <li>Identify recurring data gaps, inconsistent definitions, missing documentation, and manual rework; implement corrective actions that improve submission confidence.</li> </ul> <p>Risk Analytics, Das
