Turquoise Ridge - Process Maintenance Staging Supervisor

Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Process Maintenance Staging Supervisor at our Turquoise Ridge operation. The successful candidate will assist the General and Execution Supervisors with procurement and staging of resources, including resources necessitated by changes in the maintenance schedule due to production and/or maintenance requirements.

Responsibilities: 

• Direct supervision and support of a crew of parts coordinators  

• Provide training and coaching for parts coordinators  

• Engage the process maintenance crew to ensure safe, efficient completion of maintenance by providing the resources necessary to execute the plan 

• Establish and refine kitting strategies for planned work in consultation and collaboration with the maintenance team  

• Work to develop a safe and productive crew 

• Ensure documentation is completed accuratelySuccessful candidate must be able to interface with internal departments, as well as external contractors and vendors. 

• Assist the General and Execution Supervisors with job priority and availability, including changes in the preventative maintenance schedule necessitated by production and/or maintenance requirements. 

• Create and coordinate one-time job plans, where maintenance work needs to be completed due to operational changes, statutory requirement changes or equipment failures. 

• Liaise with Supply Chain to expedite external parts and contractor labor. Ensure that all direct purchases and contracts for equipment and personnel meet Supply Chain policies and procedures. 

• Liaise with Supply Chain to manage warehouse inventory (new stock requests, min/max levels, critical spares, obsolete inventory). 

• Ensure that parts, specialized tools, equipment, and external labor are immediately available when needed. 

• Create and maintain work orders and requisitions (materials, equipment, and services) in SAP.  

• Update and maintain status of work orders in SAP to ensure accurate backlog and history. 

• Run and report on maintenance KPI’s. 

• Assist planners in closing and scanning work orders. 

• Perform other duties as assigned. 

 

 Qualifications: 

• Excellent safety and attendance record required 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required 

• Two (2) years maintenance planning experience in a Process environment required  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office required 

• Previous experience using the following software applications:  SAP, Xeras (or similar Zero-based budgeting tool required 

• Ability to work in a team-based maintenance organization required 

• Ability to perform the essential functions of this position required
