The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 112,320.00 USD - 147,420.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Innovate with Purpose: Identify and apply cutting-edge and existing packaging technologies to develop new and improved product solutions.
Material Mastery: Research and evaluate materials to create cost-effective, high-quality, and consumer-friendly packaging that stands out on shelves globally.
Technical Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the design and development of innovative packaging or optimization of existing formats.
Testing & Validation: Design and execute performance and compatibility testing for packaging components and systems.
Project Execution: Manage domestic and global packaging projects with clear timelines and success metrics to ensure on-time delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Design, Marketing, Procurement, and Supply Chain to accelerate product development and launch.
System Integration: Evaluate and ensure the stability and performance of packaging-formula systems in partnership with formulators and engineers.
Documentation & Specifications: Develop robust packaging specs, finished goods documentation, and bills of materials to support commercialization.
Problem Solving: Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve packaging issues, ensuring production continuity and product quality.
Continuous Learning & Mentorship: Stay ahead of packaging trends, share insights across teams, and mentor junior professionals in best practices and innovation.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree in packaging or other relevant engineering disciplines (e.g. Mechanical, Materials, etc.) and 5+ years of product/packaging development experience
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
