In this highly visible role, you will manage adoption of Marketing & Growth Organization playbooks and guidelines into all parts of the company, operationalize the marketing programs, and work to embed core tenets of our Marketing Charter through scaled efforts to build company-wide adoption of best-in-class marketing across AT&T.
The candidate will spearhead Workfront and other marketing tools enablement and support inclusive of change management, communications, and training strategies to drive the adoption of new processes and tools, specifically Workfront, across our organization. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that our marketing team and partners embrace and effectively utilize new solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate would be considered a subject matter expert in marketing fundamentals and have experience in driving change. They should be grounded in marketing resource management implementation strategy and continuous improvement and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Adoption and engagement of new ways of working in our marketing resource management toolsets:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support the rollout of new processes and tools.
- Analyze and understand organizational readiness for change both within the Marketing & Growth organization and in interfacing organizations
- Identify potential resistance and develop proactive strategies to mitigate risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
Communications:
- Create and execute a robust communication plan, grounded in improving both customer and marketer experience, to drive adoption of new ways of working.
- Develop clear, concise, and engaging messaging for various channels (emails, newsletters, intranet, etc.).
- Act as a liaison between the Marketing Operations team (the team driving organizational change), and other departments to ensure transparent and effective communication.
Training Strategy:
- Design and deliver training programs to ensure all employees are proficient in new tools and processes.
- Develop training materials, including guides, tutorials and job aids.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching .
Leadership:
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the Marketing & Growth Organization.
- Monitor and measure change adoption, providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the progress and impact of change adoption initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
- Facilitate feedback loops to continuously improve change management and training efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in marketing and marketing operations, change management, or a related field.
