WHO WE NEED:  We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience in data analysis to support our data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and a passion for uncovering insights from complex datasets. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and support business strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
  • Proficiency in Power BI Report Builder.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms, primarily Microsoft Fabric.
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Python, Java, or Scala for data processing and automation tasks.
  • Experience with ETL tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts and tools.
  • Certifications in data analytics or related fields (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, AWS Certified Data Analytics).

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  1. Requirements gathering. Gather and understand customer requirements to provide analytical support tailored to their reporting needs.
  2. Reports development. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  3. Data Integration. Collaborate with data engineers and other teams to ensure data quality and integration across multiple sources.
  4. Data Visualization. Create compelling visualizations to present data insights in an easily understandable manner.
  5. Data Governance. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all analysis and reporting activities.
  6. Collaboration. Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and departmentleaders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions that drive business insights.
  7. Continuous Improvement. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
