Location: Netherlands – Rotterdam (Remote)

 

This role requires proficiency in Dutch and English language and the authorization to work in the respective country.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our dynamic team, with a specific focus on supporting HR functions in both the Netherlands and Belgium. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the local employment landscape, labor laws, and cultural nuances in both countries.

The role 

 

• Provide advice and support for the Netherlands and Belgium to line managers and colleagues on cases escalated via our shared service center.
• Work collaboratively with Operations Managers and HR Business Partners to address people-related challenges.
• Review and optimize existing local HR processes to align with organizational goals
• Ensure all HR services comply with global policies and local employment legislation.
• Build strong relationships with HR Business Partners, understanding business priorities and specific details of people and workforce plans.
• Work collaboratively with Operations Managers and HR Business Partners to address people-related challenges.

 

What you bring 

 

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR practices in the Netherlands and Belgium.
• Capable of aligning HR strategies with business goals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to address complex HR issues and provide effective solutions.
