International Finance Compliance Analyst (m/f/d)

• Assist Signode’s International Compliance Manager in implementing and maintaining a robust control environment in our international organization.
• Conduct comprehensive end-to-end walkthroughs to identify risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities at local units or Financial Shared Service Centers.
• Improve SOX compliance documentation by refining or developing control process and procedures while considering local conditions and requirements.
• Assist in developing Signode’s control environment and support the preparation of relevant policies, templates, and narratives.
• Evaluate control related audit findings and coordinate remediation of deficiencies.
• Execute monitoring controls and internal control questionnaires.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance or similar. Qualified business education.
• Professional experience in Internal Audit or SOX Compliance is advantageous.
• Basic finance and internal control knowledge, proficiency in standard ERP systems, and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, flexible team player, strong project management skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to influence and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
