About the role

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Overseeing the full contracting process-from pre-award to post-award using formal procedures and negotiation techniques to ensure compliance, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to laws, while providing expert guidance on procurement issues, resolving contract disputes, and recommending solutions for the enhancement or optimization of naval operations.
