• Design and execute innovative and impactful quantitative and qualitative research, as part of the WhatsApp UX Research team
• Develop actionable insights and high impact deliverables that will combine product research with go-to-market strategy, competitive positioning, pricing and other market analysis
• Proactively forecasts business and tech trends

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of qualitative and quantitative primary research experience.
• Experience with independently executing full-cycle research
• Product marketing research experience
• Tech sector experience
• Experience making sound methodological decisions and defending research
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, survey tools (i.e. Qualtrics), and statistics software (i.e. SPSS)

Preferred Qualifications

• Brand positioning
• Emerging markets experience
• Visual story telling

$163,000/year to $226,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
