What You’ll Accomplish  

The Associate Director owns highly complex singular client work and/or overarching portfolio-level delivery health, ensuring operational excellence, financial discipline, and team performance across multiple clients. 

• Own delivery across a full client portfolio 

• Ensure scopes are executed efficiently and profitably 

• Act as a senior operational partner to account leadership 

How You’ll Do It 

• Oversee scopes, budgets, and resourcing across clients 

• Establish delivery standards and best practices 

• Begin managing and developing senior PMs and emerging leaders 

• Think in systems, not just individual projects 

What You’ll Need to Do It  

• 7–8+ years of project management experience 

• Portfolio ownership experience 

• Strong people leadership and coaching skills 

• Advanced operational and financial expertise
