The Boucheron style, free and daring, never ceases to invent the classics of tomorrow</p><p></p><p><u>Jo​b</u> : Opérations Transformation Strategic Planning Director</p><p></p><p><u>Mission</u> : the Operations Transformation Director strategically aligns the operations department with the Maison's overall strategy, focusing on <b>stock management</b>, <b>organizational structures</b>, and <b>production and logistics processes</b>.</p><p>This role ensures Boucheron's operations are <b>agile</b>, <b>data-driven</b>, and <b>aligned with the company’s vision</b> of excellence and development.</p><p>Leading a team of project managers and overseeing the product database management department, the Operations Transformation Director drives <b>transformation </b>and <b>digitization</b> efforts within the operations function.</p><p></p><p><u>Key Responsibilities</u> :</p><p><b>"Shine" Strategic Business Plan</b></p><ul><li>Support the annual update of the Shine strategic plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Align departments on stock levels by product category, promoting end-to-end process awareness and a transversal approach.</li><li>Participate in organizational reviews addressing team size, skills, and mindset.</li><li>Support decision-making processes to ensure strategic execution.</li><li>Develop and maintain a risk assessment matrix for proactive threat management.</li><li>Identify transformation needs within the Operations department.</li><li>Support activity reviews and periodic follow-ups to track progress and adapt strategies.</li></ul><p><b>Budgets and Sales &amp; Operations Meetings</b></p><ul><li>Participate in the budget implementation for the upcoming year, ensuring consistency with the SHINE strategic plan and current year revisions.</li><li>Prepare and lead monthly Sales &amp; Operations committees.</li><li>Align departments on stock levels by product category and propose necessary adjustments.</li><li>Prepare supporting documents for arbitration by COO and CEO.</li><li>Share KPIs during S&amp;O committees to manage the performance of House Operations.</li><li>Ensure the implementation of committee decisions.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Inventories Optimization</b></p><ul><li>Lead teams to take action on inventory optimization.</li><li>Clarify organizational responsibilities to make processes autonomous, revisiting the organization and competencies as needed.</li><li>Identify transformation projects to optimize inventory.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Digitization and Transformation Projects</b></p><ul><li>Define the strategy for transforming operational processes to support growth and achieve performance and excellence objectives.</li><li>Supervise a team of 4 project managers within the Operations department.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Products Database</b></p><ul><li>Supervise a team of 2 responsible for updating the product database (i.e. Basic Product Information, Material Details, Gemstone Information, Dimensions and Measurements, Manufacturing Details, Quality and Certification, Pricing and Inventory…)</li><li>Guarantee the accuracy and accessibility of data and creation of a KPI dashboard.</li></ul><p></p><p><u>Required skills</u> :</p><p><b>Strategic Leadership:  </b>Proven ability to drive and implement transformative strategies.
