As a Human Resources Business Manager, you will support the head of HR for Product & Experience and Technology (PXT) in the coordination and delivery of HR priorities. You will provide strategy and consultative work to be used in executive-level decision making. This will require coordination of multiple projects across the Human Resource Business Advisor (HRBA) team and multiple stakeholder groups. The ideal candidate will be flexible and comfortable with ambiguity given the rapid pace of change and various constituencies involved.

Job Responsibilities
- Be the central point of contact for HR partners and others (e.g., Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Training, Compensation, among others.)
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to deliver on objectives and proxy for head of HR for PXT as needed
- Provide project and change management support using project/change management disciplines and techniques
- Capture and maintain book of work including ad hoc projects and work with HRBAs to ensure timeliness completion of all deliverables
- Establish strong working relationships with project sponsors, business stakeholders, peers, subject matter experts in order to manage project requirements and tracking key deliverables
- Create materials such as briefing documents and talking points for executive audiences, insights for business reviews, CCB HR updates and other communications, etc.
- Build presentations and organize information and data as necessary in support of the book of work
- Evaluate team cadences and routines for maximum efficiency and productivity periodically
- Advise the Agility Office on key initiatives impacting the CCB Product organization including job architecture, training, reporting and analysis
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 3+ years of prior experience in financial services industry
- Solid knowledge of organization structure, reporting and performance metrics
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, link strategies, deliver results, and adjust plans as appropriate
- Outstanding ability to synthesize insights and ability to organize information in a concise and user-friendly way
- Structured and strategic thinker, effective communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to collaborate closely with business leaders and internal stakeholders
- Ability to execute a clear, approachable style across a range of writing assignments including executive messages, presentations, and talking points
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
- Self-starter and high level of intellectual curiosity and are comfortable with ambiguity
- Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools (absolutely required)
