Description
Purpose of Role
Engage with internal Condair customers, operations, and sales to understand their needs and demand requirements become familiar with each location’s culture, and the key members of the Condair customer facility management team. Additionally, it is the Customer Fulfillment Specialist’s responsibility to maintain stocking levels for Finished inventory. You will schedule production as needed to minimize overtime and maximize production. This position is responsible for the effective accomplishments of all assigned tasks.

- Develop long-term relationships with the customer’s or JDR management through regular communication and reporting.
- Receive calls/emails from clients and respond to requests, schedule requested services, and provide timely answers or solutions.
- Act as a liaison between customer and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the scope of work and financial solutions according to customer needs.
- Identify and provide recommendations regarding service coordination, service delivery, and internal practices and processes.
- Responsible for cultivating relationships with contractors and providing timely notification and action of contractor corrective action.
- Point of contact to verify requirements and make corrections and recommendations as needed.
- Learn and utilize internal software specific to our industry to enable you to execute work on time and within budget, and to oversee your team’s productivity and on-going training, ensuring data input accuracy and timeliness. (Acumatica and SAP)
- Setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales, and quality.
- Liaising with Plant Manager, Supervisors, Team Leaders, operatives, and third parties to gather information and resolve issues.
- Support external quality identification, problem-solving, and resolution activities as required.
- Plan/schedule all Production for Media Department: cellulose and Fiberglass.
- Creates Production Schedule and follows what is prioritized as directed.
- Use and Optimization of all Lines for work orders and production.
- Coordinate Special Orders to ensure on-time completion.
- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum Production disruption.
- Keep all Production order and paperwork organized in folders by date.
- Strive to keep department and work areas neat, clean, and organized according to the Common Sense Cleaning program.
- Adhere to the company’s Quality Assurance System and Health and Safety policies.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
