The Opportunity:  

We are seeking a Seasonal Barista, an exciting opportunity to be part of the new Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville!  Please note: This will be a Seasonal opportunity with an end date of October 31st, 2025. 

 

Mimo Restaurant and Bar 

A new gathering place for downtown’s SoBro neighbourhood, Mimo is a stylish yet relaxed dining destination where Southern Italian cuisine meets Southern hospitality. By day, it’s an inspiring social space to connect. By night, expect a vibrant atmosphere fuelled by a lively bar and restaurant scene. 

 

Our Michelin Star Chef created a family style, interactive experience for all guests, local and afar, to enjoy. A 250-seat restaurant with a double sided 40 seat bar & lounge. The team at Mimo is well-rounded and ecstatic to work towards providing the ultimate guest experience and to define luxury hospitality in Nashville. 

 

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): 

• Prepare and serve a selection of specialty coffees and prepared espresso beverages 

• Confirm guest orders, including any special needs or requests, from the guest using the hotel’s point-of-sales system 

• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests 

• Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items 

• Maintain high level of cleanliness, organization, and stocking at the bar area 

• Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile
