In this role, you’ll help support our teams across the organization by partnering with leadership, guiding employees, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly. From employee relations to training initiatives and HR systems support, you’ll play an important role in helping our teams succeed. **Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred to support communication with Spanish-speaking operations. **

Your Responsibilities: 

• Support employee relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and guiding employees on HR policies and best practices.

• Assist with managing leave of absence programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and Workers’ Compensation processes.

• Maintain compliance with employment laws, wage and hour regulations, and labor standards, particularly within the QSR/restaurant industry.

• Facilitate and support training and development programs to help employees grow and succeed.

• Utilize ADP HR systems to maintain accurate employee records and assist managers with HR-related system support.

• Partner with leadership and operations teams to help foster a positive, engaging workplace culture.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.

• Support HR projects and initiatives that improve employee engagement and team effectiveness.

Your Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably with employee relations and training exposure

Preferred Qualifications

• HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP (a plus)

• Experience using ADP HR systems or similar HRIS platforms

• Experience supporting multi-unit or QSR environments is highly valued

• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred to support communication with Spanish-speaking team members
