Support Kids & Families in Their Therapy Journey – Join Our Pediatric Therapy Team as a Rehab Office Coordinator!
Are you passionate about helping children and families navigate their therapy journey? Rehab Resources is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Rehab Office Coordinator (ROC) to support our pediatric therapy rehabilitation team at our pediatric outpatient clinic in Beaver Dam!
Clinic Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our therapy team, families, and community partners to ensure children receive timely, coordinated, and high-quality care. From processing referrals and communicating with families to managing schedules and insurance paperwork, your role is essential in helping our young patients thrive.

Rehab Office Coordinator Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for families, schools, and staff regarding pediatric therapy services
-
Process incoming referrals and coordinate the intake process
-
Schedule therapy appointments, managing coordination between therapists, families, and school partners
-
Ensure accurate record keeping and documentation
-
Assist with insurance verification, obtaining authorizations, and other administrative support
-
Maintain positive, compassionate communication with families
-
Support the therapy team to ensure a smooth and efficient therapy experience

Help uphold compliance with healthcare and educational guidelines

Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of medical or healthcare experience (preferred).
