What You’ll Do:

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes

• Perform assessments, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress

• Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN or LPN license (in good standing)

• Availability to work weekends (Fri Sat Sun, Sat Sun Mon, Sat Sun)

• Willingness to travel between patient locations

• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and compassionate bedside manner
