About the role

Business Readiness Operations & Change Strategist (Hybrid - Columbia, SC)

The Business Readiness Operations & Change Strategist leads the change management and business readiness efforts for the nCino Program within the Transformation Office, servicing the AgFirst District. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. They engage with key stakeholders, create effective communication plans, design training programs, and conduct impact assessments to support the successful implementation of new processes and technologies.

What you’ll do

  • Process Documentation: Develop detailed documentation of current business processes, workflows, and systems to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Gap Analysis: Conduct a gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and the desired future state and recommend solutions to bridge these gaps.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies, and implement changes to optimize business operations. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and ensure process mapping aligns with organizational goals.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to employees on new processes and systems, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to monitor the effectiveness of process changes and make adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and updating process maps to reflect changes in business operations and technology.
  • Change Management Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support the successful implementation of the nCino Program.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure alignment with the program's objectives.
  • Communication: Create and deliver effective communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process. 
  • Training and Support: Design and implement training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new processes and technologies.

What you'll need 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field. Master’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in change management, preferably within the financial services industry. 
  • Experience working in a transformation office or similar environment is preferred.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the nCino platform and its functionalities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools.
