Join Medtronic’s Diabetes Operating Unit as a Project Scheduling Planner in our Product Innovation Group. In this critical role, you’ll support program and project management activities for diabetes products, collaborating across multiple groups. You’ll support the planning of new development projects and help ensure teams are well-coordinated aligned to the project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
Support cross-functional teams in planning and monitoring new product development projects and ongoing lifecycle management of diabetes products.
Collaborate with Program/Project Managers to maintain schedules and dashboards.
Develop, build, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), integrating multiple sub-project schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM) or other scheduling methodologies to ensure accurate planning and execution.
Perform advanced schedule analysis, including critical path identification, float analysis, resource constraints, and bottleneck detection to improve predictability and delivery performance.
Conduct schedule what-if scenario planning and recovery analysis to optimize timelines and mitigate delays.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and adherence to established processes and regulatory standards.
Support project risk management processes, assess schedule impacts, and recommend schedule optimization strategies.
Facilitate program planning meetings, document decisions, and follow up on action items to closure.
Prepare and deliver regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Product Innovation group and PMO processes.
Support project planning/scheduling aspects of ongoing projects, serving as liaison between project management, planning teams, and line management.
