Senior Warehouse&Distribution Coordinator with Italian/Greek

Focused on Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care and Pet Nutrition, we sell our products in more than 200 countries and territories under brands such as Colgate, Palmolive, elmex, hello, meridol, Sorriso, Tom’s of Maine, EltaMD, Filorga, Irish Spring, PCA SKIN, Protex, Sanex, Softsoap, Speed Stick, Ajax, Axion, Fabuloso, Soupline and Suavitel, as well as Hill’s Pet Nutrition.<br/> <br/> We are recognized for our leadership and innovation in promoting sustainability and community wellbeing, including our achievements in decreasing plastic waste and promoting recyclability, saving water, conserving natural resources and improving children’s oral health.<br/> <br/> If you want to work for a company that lives by their values, then give your career a reason to smile and join our global team!<br/>  </p> <p>Main responsibilities:<br/>  </p> <ul> <li>Monitor performance of LSP’s, from both a cost and quality perspective to ensure on time and complete deliveries and efficient execution of Logistics requirements, such as inbound receiving, order picking, delivery, etc.;</li> <li>Resolve service issues and communicate to internal customers i.e. Customer Service, CDT, SNP, LSP’s and LLP;</li> <li>Execute data collection and generation of periodic reporting requirements to support transportation, warehousing and logistics procurement;</li> <li>Identify and implement improvements on both the CP and LSP sides to drive efficiencies and cost savings;</li> <li>Manage the process for maintaining system data as it relates to departmental needs, to assure accuracy and reliability;</li> <li>Supply data and analysis to support the business decisions and budgeting processes;</li> <li>Ensure Colgate financial policies, SOX procedures, quality audits and inventory management are followed;</li> <li>Ensure that all local regulations are met and that products are received and shipped to meet customer requirements;</li> <li>Coordinate preparation of all required documents related to the finished goods warehouse;</li> <li>Reconciles inventory variances between CP and LSP systems;</li> <li>Tracks / monitors the interface between systems and resolves connectivity issues ensuring that all orders are transmitted and processed;</li> <li>Supports network optimization modelling process through data collection, population and utilization of decision support software;</li> <li>Conduct physical inventory counts and LSP audits on a periodic basis;</li> <li>Manage pallet process;</li> <li>Validate and approve invoices for payment;</li> <li>Identifies and leads Continuous Improvement opportunities between CP (CBS/Hub ) and LSP in terms of systems, processes and tools;</li> <li>Supports warehouse coordinators in the team to standardize and automate tasks and processes;</li> <li>Supports warehouse coordinators with SAP expertise.
