The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial roofing projects, from inception to completion. This role requires excellent project management skills, a strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and</div> <div>team members.<br> <br><strong>Qualifications:</strong>.</div> <div> </div> <ul> <li>Proven experience in commercial roofing project management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred)</li> <li>Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques</li> <li>Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.</li> <li>Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to commercial roofing projects.</li> <li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.</li> </ul> <div> </div> <div><strong>Location:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Full time on site in our Winter Park office.
