You will be working with diverse technology roles in Greece and abroad, and you will be given the opportunity to become a valuable asset to the business, by building amazing technology teams.</p><p><strong>Your main duties will be to:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners &amp; Hiring Managers across the organization to capture new requirements</li><li>Take responsibility for writing and publishing detailed &amp; inspiring job descriptions</li><li>Proactively build effective candidate pipelines using different sourcing channels</li><li>Think and use out of-the-box sourcing tools and methods </li><li>Be the first point of contact with the candidates, identifying their interests and expertise, communicating company's culture and role’s requirements, with the aim to create a unique candidate journey</li><li>Plan &amp; participate in career events, job fairs and meetups or other employer branding activities</li><li>Monitor company’s ATS/e-recruitment platform and make sure all data is up-to-date</li></ul><p>By joining Netcompany - Intrasoft, a leading IT company, you will be part of a hub of 1.700+ tech enthusiasts in Greece.
