As Digital Marketing Analyst you will work from Greece, remotely, managing all Search Engine Advertising Campaigns (Text Ads, shopping) of Manor and will be the owner of the overall SEA strategy as well as execute all activities in alignment with the Digital Marketing.
Additionally also managing and coordinating all third party agencies needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Your daily business includes analyzing and monitoring user behavior on our websites and apps.
- You keep an eye on the big picture when performing deep-dive analyses.
- You interpret and evaluate results and derive recommendations for optimization.
- You present your results in a way that is suitable for the recipient.
- You establish new key figures on the basis of use cases in order to be able to manage our business in a target-oriented manner and also proactively question existing structures.
- For recurring questions, you build new reports / dashboards and also optimize existing dashboards in close cooperation with the respective teams in Marketing. Here you can also let off steam creatively
- You will work on various projects and tracking concepts to ensure the success of our activities
- You are an analytical sparring partner for related teams, especially the performance marketing team, but also other product teams within our shopping platform.
- You provide training and education for your colleagues on the handling of tracking data.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of Analytics experience especially with Google Analytics
- You have successfully completed a degree in digital marketing / e-commerce, business administration, business informatics or a comparable course of study.
- SEA, SEO, (micro-)conversion rates, cookies and tracking are not foreign words to you.
- You are confident in using common web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and have a basic understanding of web and app tracking.
- You already have experience in the e-commerce business
- You have a strong analytical mindset and a strong passion for data-driven solutions
- You have a high level of initiative, conceptual strength and assertiveness
- Ideally, you already have basic knowledge in SQL and experience in working with databases (e.g. Google BigQuery) and/or are motivated to acquire (deeper) knowledge and skills
- You already have experience in using visualization tools (e.g. DataStudio, PowerBI or similar)
- You have a professional and strong communication skills with external partners and stakeholders
- Excel and PowerPoint are part of your standard repertoire
- Demonstrable structured analysis ability, including consolidating and analysing data from multiple sources
- Strong communication and time management skills and sensitivity to deadlines
- Self-starter mentality and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Multi-Language fluency preferred (additional French, Italian or Dutch)
