Job Summary:

• The Practice Leader has a long-established and strong reputation within the healthcare industry. They demonstrate leadership in multiple domains and services and across Pivot Point and Vaco, producing substantial sales on a year-over-year basis, developing and growing client relationships, and consistently enhancing PPC’s market brand through regular speaking engagements and written thought leadership.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage PPC Staff and contractors and/or client staff on engagements and may serve as a mentor and coach to internal staff
• Budget and meet utilization and sales targets as determined by his/her manager
• Demonstrate significant sales, builds and maintains client relationships
• Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in leading large-scale strategic IT initiatives in healthcare
• Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in leading the development of work products and deliverables or managing services
• Participate in 2+ industry group
• Embody and exceed Core Tenets
• Use Bullhorn for all CRM
• Contribute to 3+ case study/blog/white papers annually
• Participate in 1+ PPC internal performance initiative annually
• Contribute to 3+ case study/blog/white papers
• Partner with Sales
• Participate in 1+ PPC internal performance initiative annually

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Strong Competency across MS Office Suite
• Competency in Bullhorn
• Detail oriented, organized, thorough, strategic, collaborative, innovative, critical thinking and demonstrate effective communication

Education and Experience:

• Required 15+ years’ experience in healthcare operations or consulting in the area of focus
• Master’s degree preferred, Bachelor’s degree required
• PMP preferred

Travel Requirements:

• Up to 75% travel may be required

 

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. An applicant may also be eligible to participate in certain incentive compensation programs based on achieving certain performance targets set forth each year and subject to the incentive compensation plan’s terms and conditions. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses. Salary Range for this role:$185,000—$220,000 USD
