POSITION SUMMARY:

Our General Managers carry out our brand promise, service vision and core values.  They bring to life a high performance culture that develops, empowers, and recognizes great employees, and delivers "five-star" excellent service, and an immaculately clean club to our members and guests.  General Managers are responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the club, which includes supervising a team of department directors and covers all facets of club operations, which includes sales, fitness, aquatics, group exercise, facilities and Kid Club.

• Villa Sport anticipates this job opportunity will close by August 16, 2025, and we have 1 position to fill in this time. These details may change at any time based on business needs. 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:

• $81,600 - $100,800 annually, based on relevant experience to the role. 
• Annual incentive bonus equal to 20% of base salary. 
• Full benefits package including PTO and  401K with dollar for dollar match up to 4%.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Three or more years management experience in the hospitality or fitness industry, preferably for a high volume and premium athletic club with over 3,000 memberships and over $6 million in revenues (experience in managing specific club departments or functions is a plus!).
• Outstanding customer service and hospitality expertise.
• Proven leadership abilities to develop, motivate, and inspire others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of financial statements and experience in developing annual budgets and strategic plans.
• Possess high standards in maintaining a spotless and well-run facility.
• College Degree
• First Aid and CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Alcohol Server certification required within 30 days of employment only if serving and/or selling alcohol at the location of employment.
