The Role: Lead Engineer, Human AI

As a Lead Engineer, You must have an impeccable record of working with engineering teams to deliver successful products in a fast-paced environment and a good background knowledge of Generative AI. Be part of a highly energetic and innovative team that believes nothing is impossible with some creativity and hard work.

Responsibilities include:

• ​Architect & Build: Design, implement, and deploy scalable, cloud-native AI applications across the full stack. 
• Lead by Doing: Set the standard with hands-on engineering. Own critical paths. Write and ship code daily. 
• Shape Vision: Collaborate with product and business leads to define the technical roadmap. 
• Modernize: Transform legacy systems into modern, modular platforms built for agility. 
• Innovate: Stay ahead of AI trends, explore new technologies, and assess integration opportunities. 
• Mentor & Grow: Build a strong engineering culture with high-quality code, peer reviews, and CI/CD pipelines. 
• Drive Delivery: Own the full software lifecycle—from idea to customer impact. 
• Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical expertise during client pitches, prototypes, and demos. 

Required Skills and Professional Experience:

• 7+ years in engineering roles, including 3+ years in a senior or lead capacity 
• Strong experience across backend and frontend stacks: Python, Go, Node.js, React, or Angular 
• Familiarity with frameworks like Spring, Jersey, or modern MVC architectures 
• Strong experience with Product and Software development lifecycle 
• Familiarity in leveraging AI for software development 
• Experience with containerization (Docker), Git, CI/CD, and agile toolchains (e.g., Jira) 
• Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases (Postgres, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, etc.) 
• Understanding of messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.) 

Preferred Skills and Professional Experience:

• Proven ability to lead from the front in ambiguous, fast-paced environments 
• Excellent communication skills with a bias for clarity, action, and iteration 
• Bonus: Experience in consulting or client-facing engineering roles
