Lead Turbine Technician / Supervisor

Service > Global Service Operations  > GOS, Lead Supervisor-DK

 

You will be part of a team of highly experienced Supervisors and Lead Supervisors, working with tasks related to improvement, optimization, operation, construction and prototypes. The team is present at many locations in Denmark and around the world.

 

You will be part of the team working at test centers in Denmark and globally, and the focus will be on developing the prototypes and installing the new wind turbines. We will provide you with the right courses and education, so that you are prepared to address and handle these exciting opportunities.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Provide the necessary level of support to our test sites in Denmark and globally- Supervise, provide technical skills, field training and support for local service in the operational set-up- Provide technical knowledge as part of the Prototype projects in Denmark
• More specifically, you will work with:
• Prototype development, installation and problem diagnosis
• Support for field trainers and major component replacements
• Commissioning and retrofit projects
• Documentation and other administrative work, validation of work manuals and tests
• Supervision on sites

 

Qualifications

 

• Trade certificate in the electrical or mechanical field, such as auto mechanic, electrician or similar
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in WTG
• Good knowledge of Danish and English - both written and oral
• Experience of using IT as part of your work
• Driving license cat. B
• Truck license will be an advantage

Additional information

 

Your primary work location will be Videbæk, Denmark, this is the location the work period will start at but since you will expect travel activity, approximately 180 days a year, we do accept application from all over Denmark.
