JCITA (Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy) is a premier institution that offers advanced counterintelligence (CI) training encompassing investigations, operations, collections, analysis, and functional services. Core one is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Writer/Editorial Support to join our esteemed team.

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the important work of JCITA, assisting in the vital role in developing and revising original documents and presentations of utmost importance. Your expertise will encompass a wide range of materials, including computer/web-based training scripts, briefings, training scenarios, training aids, Standard Operating Procedures, brochures, and articles suitable for publication.

Responsibilities

• Craft and enhance a diverse array of materials. Your contributions will directly impact the efficacy and comprehensibility of our training programs. 
• Maintaining the CI reference library which includes managing physical references, such as books, videos, audios, official reference materials, and CI/HUMINT publications (policies, regulations, manuals, and directives). Ensuring ease of access and availability of reference materials to staff and students is essential to foster a dynamic learning environment.
• Collaborating with our dedicated staff and faculty, assisting them in researching library and internet materials for course curriculum development

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a technical writer/editor for complex subject matter
• Minimum of an associate's degree in a relevant field
• Excellent written communication skills
• TS/SCI Clearance
