About the role

We are currently seeking a Head of Sales LE Central Europe (x|f|m) for our Lab Products &amp; Services Sales team EMEA home based within Germany (Sartorius Lab Instruments GmbH &amp; Co. KG). In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Central Europe Lab Essentials sales organization to achieve our ambitious growth and profitability targets. You will develop and execute customer-centric sales strategies, build and maintain strong customer relationships and manage a high-performing sales team. Active use of our CRM system (SFDC) is a key success factor, enabling data-driven decisions and operational excellence.<br/><br/>This position is available for full-time.
