Service BDC Agent - Ira Subaru

Overview

Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound service calls
• Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
• Develop pipeline of service opportunity leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Work with service and sales department to increase service traffic
• Stay up to date on active service specials and ongoing Toyota manufacture recalls
• Properly inform and advise customers on what to expect with their service appointments
• Outstanding Customer Service

Qualifications:

• Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is a plus!
• Superior communication and customer service skills
• Solid working knowledge of the Internet
• Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
• High School Diploma or equivalent

The pay for this position is $21.60 - $35.00/hr. based on experience.
