Responsible for designing and developing readiness and enablement content for CSBB teammates with a focus on supporting the Small Business Segment and Deposit Product line. Translates complex business initiatives, product updates, and process changes into clear, actionable training and materials that drive adoption and field execution.Partners with stakeholders on larger initiatives to deliver high-quality, role-based content that supports teammate performance and client impact.
This role supports enterprise consumer banking priorities and is not specific to Mortgage products or operations.
1. Effectively create, develop and deploy assigned teammate readiness initiatives, projects and assignments.
2. Meets deadlines and milestones in timely manner - includes proactive planning with Implementation Project Manager or Project Managers for key delivery dates and execution
3. Effectively communicates with stake holders in planning, deploying and follow up actions to drive full adoption, execution and sustained performance of assigned initiatives to meet TR&E standards
4. Builds, creates, reviews and inspects teammates' outputs and deliverables to meet TR&E standards consistently
5. Ability to quickly and proactively engage appropriate partners for successful project completion - e.g. SMEs, compliance, Project Managers, WFM
6. Consistently delivers effective written and verbal communications of self, and that of team for each milestone
7. Effectively and actively represent TR&E in key work streams and assigned projects
8. Ability to predict, manage and solve for potential road blocks, pitfalls and concerns in projects representing the CCC for self and team
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

2. 10 year's Financial Services experience or equivalent work experience.
3. Training experience to include instructional design, class facilitation with writing content material for adult learners.
4. Thorough knowledge of CSBB operational procedures, policies, etc.
6. Highly developed written and verbal communications (including grammar and spelling).
7. Experience leading projects.
8. Ability to execute on a project and define realization factors proving success of the project.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Branch, Small Business and/or Product Management experience.
2. Demonstrated ability to influence, manage or have experience managing high performing teams.
3. Ability to execute on a project and define realization factors proving success of the project.
4. Experience leading project teams.
