Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

• Deliver quality programs that focus on achieving or exceeding productivity and quality targets.
• Document all problems and work to resolve them. Report progress on problem resolution to management.
• Devise improvements to current procedures and develop models of possible future configurations.
• Perform workflow analysis and recommend quality improvements.
• Build Work Instructions
• Perform safety audits and 5s audits 
• Lead corrective action activities
• Lead 3rd Party Audits 
• Maintain Quality Systems (folders, atlas, documents, etc.)
• Lead Training Activities 
• Hold Site Leaders Accountable for Quality Activities (CARs, etc.)
• Other business activities per supervisor's direction.
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices

• University degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business Administration or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a Quality function
• ISO17025 experience 
• Working knowledge of quality concepts, techniques/methodologies including quality and business excellence models (e.g., ISO 9001, 17025, 17065, Lean Sigma, Baldrige / Shingo).
• Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix environment.
• Working knowledge of audit controls.

Total Rewards:  We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000-85,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
