We're looking for an enthusiastic Line Cook who is excited to grow their career in a high-volume kitchen where breakfast and brunch are the cornerstone of our operation. From executing busy morning services to supporting lunch and dinner, you'll gain well-rounded experience while working alongside talented chefs who are committed to excellence, mentorship, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner menu items with consistency, quality, and attention to detail
- Excel during our high-volume breakfast and brunch services while maintaining speed, organization, and exceptional execution
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, cutting, portioning, and ingredient preparation
- Cook and plate menu items according to established recipes and chef standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout every shift
- Assist with stocking, rotating, and managing inventory to keep the kitchen operating smoothly
- Collaborate with experienced chefs and fellow team members to deliver exceptional food and memorable dining experiences
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards
- Support the culinary team wherever needed to ensure successful service from breakfast through dinner

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary arts education or relevant training is a plus
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
