Job Details:

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards for products produced. Key responsibilities include verifying production paperwork, conducting production floor checks, performing GMP and housekeeping audits, and providing Team Member food safety training. The role requires variable work activities and the ability to exercise judgment in setting priorities, evaluating results, and coordinating with others. This position is crucial for maintaining food safety, quality, and legality.

REQUIREMENTS:(Please submit resume with application)

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a food manufacturing environment, with experience in the production poultry preferred. Prior supervisory experience is also preferred.
• Certifications: HACCP certification preferred; must possess a broad knowledge of HACCP, USDA, GMP, and SSOPs.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills required for creating simple queries and spreadsheets. SAP knowledge preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: This position supervises a small group of personnel who perform similar tasks. This revised job summary provides a clear and concise overview of the role, emphasizing key responsibilities and requirements.
