Customer Care Specialist (m/f/d)

Whether it’s payments, transfers, multi-currency accounts for your travels, spendings reports, split bills — with Vivid, managing all your finances and investing your money is easy, flexible, and 100% transparent.

Responsibilities:

• Answering customers requests via chat and email, helping and guiding them through the app and providing them with the best user experience in English and/or German
• Be our customers’ voice by sharing their feedback and reporting their issues
• Collaborating with our different teams and having direct impact on improving our product
• Representing Vivid Money and build a trustful relationship with our customers

Requirements

• Unlimited desire to help customers and do everything possible to resolve their requests
• Passion to build better customer service
• Experience in customer support or work with customers
• Very good command of MS Office and G-Suite - you are a digital native
• Experience with regulatory and government requests, customers' claims is desirable
• Financial or investment background is desirable
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, knowledge of other European languages is a plus
• Based in Berlin
