Project Manager Assistant

What You’ll Do:

• Assist Project Managers in overseeing residential construction projects
• Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Organize project documentation and reports using Outlook and other tools
• Safely use power and hand tools as needed

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Must Have:

• Strong communication and time management skills
• Self-starter with great organizational abilities
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check & drug test
• Proficiency in Outlook

Nice to Have:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• 2+ years of experience in residential construction
• Project management skills & small business experience
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
