Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin - "Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China."

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and execute HR projects from inception through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Projects may include seat allocation, immigration request coordination, employee experience initiatives, and event planning.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners. Regularly communicate project status, updates, and potential challenges.
  • Immigration Coordination: Manage immigration-related requests, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies, and facilitating smooth processes for international employees.
  • Employee Experience: Develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving the overall employee experience, addressing any employee concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Event Coordination: Plan, schedule, and coordinate company events, including logistics, vendor management, and budget oversight, to enhance team cohesion and company culture.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on the progress and outcomes of HR projects, including lessons learned and recommendations for future projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within HR or related domains.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changes or urgent requests.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
