Certified Medication Technician (62328)

Pay Ranges from $20-$23 per hour + shift diff, depending on years of experience!

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections. 

We are currently seeking a full-time Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team at Missouri Eastern Correctional Center located in Pacific, Missouri.

The Certified Medication Technician (Missouri) (CMT) works under the direction of the facility Director of Nursing and/or their nursing designee, administers medications as prescribed, documents administration, and documents and reports any noted adverse reactions or side effects.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must maintain active status on the Missouri State Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Registry (mo.tmutest.com).
• Insulin certification required.
• Completion of an approved Certified Nurse Assistant program and maintenance of active  status as a Certified Nurse Assistant (mo.tmutest.com).
• Must maintain current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR/AED certification.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
• One year experience in acute care, emergency or correctional setting preferred.
