Job Description:
The executive at this position will be involved in the day-to-day running of the business by assisting with clerical and administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that systems are running smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the network and servers.
• Managing end-to-end Kitchen responsibilities.
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
• Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Assists in purchase orders and invoicing.
• Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.

Key Skills:

• Min 1- 3yrs of experience as office administrator or similar role.
• Excellent communication (Verbal and written). Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
• Should be multitasking with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Great proficiency in Microsoft Office and other around-the-office software.
• Negotiation Skills and Good Research Skills.
