Regional Human Resources Business Partner

This role is based out of our Corporate HQ in Conshohcken, PA with an in-office schedule of Monday-Thursday with Friday being an option to work remotely.

What You’ll Do:
• Employee Relations:
Serve as the go-to resource for HR policies, coach employees through their entire lifecycle, and lead thorough investigations to resolve complex issues with fairness and professionalism.
• Workforce Management:
Drive performance management initiatives, support managers in workforce planning, career development, and succession planning, and facilitate compensation reviews.
• Leave & Compliance Management:
Partner with leave specialists to ensure compliance with leave laws, manage ADA accommodations, and handle Workers Compensation risk.
• Training & Development:
Identify training needs through data analysis, collaborate with stakeholders to develop impactful programs, and deliver key HR updates during regional meetings.
• Additional Contributions:
Support organizational success through flexibility and by taking on additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a strategic HRBP or regional role
• Experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate environment
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and best HR practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary range: $90,000-$100,000/yr

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
