You inform them about the offerings at our hotel and provide valuable tips about the surrounding area. You go above and beyond to ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience at our establishment – right up to the moment they check out.

Here's what your day looks like:

• Working at the reception desk in shifts
• Personal and warm care of our guests
• Concierge services
• Preparation and follow-up tasks, including settling your own cash register
• Guiding and training apprentices

What we expect from you:

• Completed professional training in hotel management
• Fluent German skills, written and spoken
• Organization and independence
• Customer-oriented mindset
