<p><b><u>Commercial Excellence Analyst</u></b></p><p></p><p><b><u>What will you be doing</u></b>?</p><p>As a Commercial Excellence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving overall operational efficiency. You will be responsible for analysing market trends, customer insights, and sales data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative solutions to our customers.</p><p><u>Responsibilities:</u></p><ul><li>Develop go-to-market strategy, selecting right channels and optimizing sales planning;</li><li>Analyse customer insights and sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth;</li><li>Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports to track key metrics;</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial excellence initiatives;</li><li>Provide recommendations and insights to support strategic decision-making;</li><li>Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented initiatives and make adjustments as needed;</li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve commercial processes;</li><li>Costing new business opportunities and quotation management;</li><li>Providing business analysis to the Management team to enable informed decision making</li><li>Preparing tenders to discuss pricing strategy with Sales Managers;</li><li>Providing commercial information and negotiation aids to the Sales Team;</li><li>Proactively seeking opportunities to improve profitability for the business and customer;</li><li>Developing reports and commercial tools to support the sales departments.</li><li>Review Sales contracts and commercial terms before formalised (including calculations). </li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>What are we looking for</u></b>?</p><ul><li>University Degree or equivalent;</li><li>Mathematical background;</li><li>Knowledge of the Corrugated Packaging Industry is an asset;</li><li>3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst, Sales Analyst, or in a similar role;</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets;</li><li>Strategic mindset;</li><li>Dutch & German language are assets;</li><li>Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools or CRM);</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills;</li><li>Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p><b><u>What do we offer?</u></b></p><ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package;</li><li>28 vacation days;</li><li>Travel allowance;</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and growth;</li><li>A dynamic and collaborative work environment;</li><li>The chance to work with cutting-edge technology and industry experts.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u><span>Business Unit Western Europe</span></u></b></p><p><span>In 2023, Stora Enso completed the acquisition of the De Jong Packaging Group (now Business Unit Western Europe), one of the largest manufacturers of corrugated packaging in Western Europe (The Netherlands, Germany, UK and Belgium). Most of the sites are corrugated converting and packaging wholesales facilities.
